Key Responsibilities:
• Develop local market penetration strategies and implement marketing campaigns to drive business growth and share gain.
• Analyze and report on business performance, including revenue and campaign implementation status.
• Plan and implement pricing strategies, content generation and messaging, and new product introductions.
• Adapt global marketing campaigns and programs for execution in China to establish strong customer and category positions.
• Collaborate with sales and TSS teams to identify market opportunities and ensure the field is adequately updated with product knowledge.
• Create and edit marketing material including sales tools, ads, brochures, data sheets, and instruction manuals.
• Implement programs and activities to support events and sales.
• Maintain a database of competitive intelligence.

• Master's Degree or above in a Life Science subject area.
• Background in life science is required, experience with Molecular/Protein/Cell is preferred.
• Marketing, technical support experience, or product management experience in related market is preferred.
