Key Responsibilities 1. Lead full-cycle structural biology research for high-difficulty target proteins related to CNS and autoimmunediseases, with hands-on work on recombinant protein expression/purification, crystal growth, conditionoptimization, X-ray diffraction data processing, and de novo structure determination. 2. Perform 3D structure analysis of target proteins and protein-ligand complexes, deliver structural insights tosupport Al-based virtual screening, drug molecule design, structure optimization, and target validation, todrive preclinical drug discovery pipeline progression. 3. Establish and optimize standardized technical systems for high-challenge protein crystallization and structuredetermination, solve technical bottlenecks, and build the company's core structural biology platform. 4. Collaborate cross-functionally with AI drug discovery, medicinal chemistry, pharmacology, and targetvalidation teams to address key scientific questions in R&D projects. 5. Manage structural biology projects, including experimental design, timeline control, data documentation,and technical report/patent drafting for IND filing.6. Oversee lab operation and safety compliance, and provide technical guidance and training to junior team members.

Basic Qualifications 1. PhD in Structural Biology, Biochemistry, Biophysics, Protein Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or arelated field; postdoctoral or overseas research experience is preferred. 2. 3+ years of hands-on structural biology research experience in biotech/pharma or academic institutions, witha proven track record of successful high-difficulty protein crystallization and structure determination. Core Professional Skills 1. Extensive hands-on expertise in full-cycle protein crystallography, including recombinant protein expression(prokaryotic/insect/mammalian systems), purification, crystal screening, X-ray diffraction data processing,and structure refinement with professional software (Phenix, CCP4, COOT, XDS, etc.). 2. Proven ability to solve technical bottlenecks of hard-to-express, hard-to-crystallize proteins, with excellenthands-on experimental capabilities. 3. Solid understanding of structure -based drug design (SBDD) principles, with experience in small molecule orPROTAC drug discovery is preferred. 4. Proficiency in written and spoken English, with the ability to draft patents, research papers, and technicaldocuments.
