Principal Job Objectives 主要工作目标 1. Ensure imported product availability by timely performing receipt/storage/transfer. 确保进口产品有效的执行收仓/存储/转移。 2. Ensure all activities compliance with GSP or GMP and related regulation. 确保所有活动符合GSP/GMP及相关法规 Principal Tasks 主要职责 1. Handle BNP inventory， ensure stock receipt and movement accurate and timely. 管理BNP库存，确保库存及时准确的收仓和转移。 2. Ensure available inventory by timely transfer and dispatch for imported product. 确保进口产品可用库存的及时调配，保证正常发货。 3. Ensure regular operations are performed in the 3rd WH, and tour the WH on time. 确保三方仓库的正常顺利操作，定期巡查库房操作。 4. Handling finished product transfer from manufacture site to CPO warehouses. 协调成品从工厂到CPO库房的转移。 5. Management warehouse operation KPI and review it for the 3rd WH. 管理三方仓库运作的KPI，并定期回顾KPI。 6. Check storage fee and transportation fee on time. 按时核对仓库仓储和运输的费用。 7. Plan and coordinate prepared packaging materials according to the receiving goods. 根据到货状况，协调三方仓库准备包装材料，保证分包顺利完成。 8. Support T&T implement. 支持药品监管码的实施。 9. Monitoring related cost of warehousing and transportation, improve productivity and efficiency. 监控仓储与运输的费用，持续改进提高生产率和工作效能。 10. Support clinical test. 支持临床试验。 11. Support RLT system operation. 协助完成核药运营部分的系统操作。

任职要求 1. University degree in logistics, material management, medicine, biology and chemist other sciences or min 2 years of professional experience in warehouse management related apprenticeship in industry is preferred. 大学教育程度（物流，物料管理，药物，生物，化学等）及其它学科，与库房管相关2年以上专业经验优先。 2. Fluent in English and Chinese 中英文流利 3. 3-5 years’ experience in SCM/Logistic /Warehousing in preferable Pharmaceutical or food industry Skill and Knowledge， Solid understanding of SAP (or other ERP) , especially WM modules. 3-5年以上在药品食品工业的供应链/物流/库房工作经验。懂得应用SAP系统或其它ERP系统，WM模块优先。
