Training operator according to job card.制定产品和生产过程的作业指导书。培训作业员按照作业指导书操作； 3、Try and verify raw material and assistant material to ensure they meet the requirement of production and process .实验和验证原材料和辅助材料,以确保满足生产和工艺的要求； 4、Improve quality of productions and processing steady, decrease RPN of product改善产品质量，提高过程的稳定性,降低产品的风险系数； 5、Participate in cost improvement and Kaizen activity.参与成本节俭和改善活动； 6、Participate in process and product audits. Support external audits like TS16949 and customer audit.参与过程和产品审核。支持外部审核如TS16949和客户审核； 7、Participate in discussing customer complaint and improving production process..参与客户抱怨的讨论，完成相关过程的改善； 8、Review and follow engineering changes.审核和跟进工程更改； 9、Support tooling, quality and maintenance job支持模具、质量、设备人员的工作； 10、Support production to finish production plan.支持生产人员完成生产任务； 11、Lead in new methods or tools to support production and improve OEE.引入新的方法和工具支持生产人员提高劳动效率； 12、Other work delegated by higher managers. 完成上级交代的临时工作

1、Bachelor degree or above in engineering/materials or related. 工程/材料相关专业学士以上学历; 2、More than 5 years experience in areas related with production 、quality or processing of manufacture.五年以上制造行业产品、质量和过程的经验； 3、Knowledge APQP、PPAP、Flow Chart、FMEA、Control Plan了解 APQP、PPAP、Flow Chart、FMEA、Control Plan； 4、Familiar with die casting for aluminum.熟悉铝合金压铸。 5、Knowledge mold structure of die casting .了解压铸模具结构。 6、Good at communicating internally and externally. 良好的内部和外部沟通能力 7、Good execute to achievement. Be able to work under pressure. 良好的执行力，具备抗压能力 8、High integrity. Good team work spirit. 诚实正直，良好的团队合作精神 Good at read and written English. 熟练的英语读写能力
