This position supports electrical design implementation for the Research and Development organization of Nexteer Automotive. It involves the design and layout of printed circuit boards from schematic capture to layer creation and trace routing of the PCB. The ideal candidate would be involved with controller design and packaging of the PCB including board shape and size and PCB interconnects.该职位支持耐世特汽车研发部门的电气设计实施。它涉及印刷电路板的设计和布局，从原理图捕获到PCB的层创建和跟踪路由。理想的候选人将参与PCB的控制器设计和封装，包括板的形状和尺寸以及PCB互连。 1. Familiarity with Mentor Xpedition and Cadence PCB layout tools. 2. Experience in PCB library creation, including schematic symbol and PCB footprint. 3. Familiar with commonly used package (eg. SOP, BGA, Connector, QFN, Diode….) 4. Experience on Valor NPI, HyperLynx DRC check and Gerber release. 5. Have knowledge of design for SI/PI, EMC, EMI, and safety. 6. Have knowledge for DFM and DFT, PCBA manufacturing and assembly process. 7. Knowledge of IPC standards, such as IPC-7251 & IPC 7351, IPC-2222, IPC-6012, IPC-610, etc… 8. Understanding of basic electrical circuit design 9. Understanding of basic electromagnetic principles pertaining to printed circuit boards 10. Experience with CAD drawing formats and tools 11. Experience with thermal issues in a printed circuit board 12. Proficient with Microsoft products (PowerPoint, Word, etc.) 13. Excellent communication and documentation skills 14. 学历/学位: 本科学历，电气工程技术、计算机工程或机械工程技术专业，有电路板设计经验 工作经验: 至少5年印刷电路板布局和库创建经验，能够独立完成项目，具有良好的高速多层板布局经验。有汽车行业工作经验者优先。
