Develop and execute regional sales plans, strategies, and client acquisition initiatives. 2. Analyze market demand, trends, and intelligence to conduct market analysis and forecasting. 3. Create and implement sales growth plans, focusing on increasing business share from new and existing clients. 4. Build and maintain a comprehensive client database to support new business development. 5. Train, coach, and guide the sales team to ensure continuous performance improvement and achievement of targets. 6. Monitor the team's accounts receivable and collection status to maintain healthy company cash flow. 7. Manage daily operations of the branch office, ensuring continuous improvement in team performance and client satisfaction.

任职要求： 1.学历要求：统招本科及以上； 2.专业要求：专业不限； 3.工作经验：服装、箱包、辅料行业销售类工作经验3年以上，销售经理/市场经理工作经验1年以上； 4.专业技能：具有服装、箱包、辅料行业客户资源，具有掌握与更新行业动态的能力、具备较强的市场营销逻辑思维能力，并能够分析和解决问题、具有独立开发客户成功案例，服务过大型服装品牌、具备优秀的团队领导与管理能力、适应出差工作与交际应酬； 5.英语水平：英语读、写流利； 6.公文处理：熟练掌握公文写作，具有书面表达逻辑； 7.计算机水平：掌握OFFICE系列软件（WORD、EXCEL、PPT）、熟练使用CRM系统； 8.其他要求：持有驾照； 9.综合素质：高成就导向、诚信、公关能力、沟通协调、培养他人、团队整合、经验开放性、信息分析、以客户为中心、绩效导向。 JS 1.
