Tasks: -Distribute, plan and check team tasks continuously for running and new projects. -Regularly prepare and present project status in front of management and committees -Develop, align and execute solutions and measures to ensure meeting project milestones in complex environment -Continuously evaluate and optimize project performance using appropriate key performance indicators -Regularly align with group counterparts regarding functions and architectures -Propose and develop technical innovations and optimizations for use in project or research projects -Initiate participation in overarching exchange with stakeholders or committees

Qualification and skills required: -Engineering Bachelor/Master degree in Network Technology, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering or similar. -10+ years of relevant work experience in a comparable position desired, incl. personnel management -Knowledge of ECU SW development is mandatory Knowledge of Automotive Architectures (e.g. Autosar, Linux, Android, RTOS) is required Knowledge of Automotive network technologies and design methods is required Knowledge of performance and robustness analysis in automotive networks is required Capability to analyze network architectures is wished Excellent inter-cultural communication and coordination skills Personnel management experience and soft skills is required Business language skills in English (written and oral) mandatory Familiar with Chinese will be a plus
