ob Responsibilities 岗位职责
1. Lead engine 1D performance simulation and optimization (intake/exhaust systems, combustion systems, turbocharging) using GT-Suite/AVL BOOST tools.
主导发动机一维性能仿真与优化(进排气/燃烧/增压系统),运用GT-Suite/AVL BOOST等工具;
2. Conduct thermodynamic development focusing on thermal efficiency, emissions and performance enhancement.
开展热力学开发研究,专注热效率提升、排放优化及性能改进
3. Perform vehicle powertrain matching analysis for acceleration, top speed and fuel economy.
执行整车动力总成匹配分析,涵盖加速性能/高车速/燃油经济性评估
4. Troubleshoot engine/vehicle performance issues and provide technical solutions.
分析排查发动机及整车性能问题,提供有效技术解决方案
5.Collaborate with global R&D teams throughout new engine development projects.
全程参与新发动机项目开发,协同海外研发团队推进项目
任职要求
任职要求:
1. Bachelor+ in Automotive/Thermal Energy Engineering with 5+ years engine development experience.
车辆工程/热能工程本科及以上学历,5年以上发动机性能开发经验;
2. Proficient in 1D simulation tools (GT-Suite/AVL BOOST) and MATLAB/Simulink modeling.
精通一维仿真工具(GT-Suite/AVL BOOST)及MATLAB/Simulink建模;
3. Solid understanding of ICE thermodynamics, combustion mechanisms and emission control.
扎实的内燃机热力学基础,熟悉燃烧机理与排放控制技术;
4. Fluent English for technical communication, overseas education background preferred.
英语工作沟通能力,有英语国家留学经历者优先;
5. Strong problem-solving skills with cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
