A. 清真认证与体系管理 (Certification & System Management)
• 认证全流程管理:负责清真认证的新申请与续期,准备并提交文件,对接 JAKIM/JAIN/ JAIS。
Lead all Halal application processes, prepare documentation, and act as liaison with JAKIM/JAIN/JAIS.
• HAS 体系建立:建立并持续改进公司的清真保证体系 (HAS) 与政策。
Develop and continuously improve the company’s Halal Assurance System (HAS) and policies.
• 供应商合规监控:验证原材料供应商清真证书的有效性,审核新供应商。 Verify Halal validity of raw material suppliers and audit new suppliers.
• 委员会管理:筹备清真委员会会议,编写报告并管理清真主文件档案。
Prepare Halal committee meetings, reports, and maintain Halal Master Files.
B. 审计、质量控制与报告 (Audit, QC & Reporting)
• 审计协作:协助准备并参与 Halal、 ISO HACCP 的内外审计,识别风险。 Assist in Halal and ISO HACCP audits and risk mitigation.
• 文档核查:负责日常报告核查校验,监督规章制度落实并向 QC 团队更新进度。 Verify daily reports, enforce regulations, and update progress with QC personnel.
• 技术手册:维护及更新 QC 手册,包括项目规格与机器参数。
Update QC Manuals (Project Specifications, Machine Specifications).
C. 现场维护与生产支持 (Site Maintenance & Operations)
• 设施设备:确保生产设备与机械得到良好维护并定期校准。
Ensure machinery is well-maintained and calibrated.
• 环境管理:协调虫害防治 (Pest Control) 服务。
Coordinate internal and external Pest Control services.
• 库存与售后:管理留样产品与 PPE 库存;协助处理客户投诉与产品退货。 Manage retention samples and PPE stocks; assist in customer complaints and returns.
D. 培训与研发协助 (Training & R&D Support)
• 培训组织:组织并确保员工持续接受清真意识与食品处理规范培训。
Organize ongoing Halal training for staff on awareness and handling practices.
• 研发协作:与研发 (R&D) 团队协作审核新产品配方及工艺,确保符合清真标准。 Collaborate with R&D to review new product ingredients and processes for Halal compliance.
任职要求
身份与背景 (Identity & Background):
仅限马来西亚穆斯林公民。
Open to Malaysian Muslim only.
• 拥有食品科学、食品技术、营养学、清真管理或相关领域的文凭、高级文凭或学士学位。
Possess at least a Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Halal Management or related field.
• 专业资格 (Professional Qualification):
必须持有由 JAKIM 认可的“清真主管培训证书 (Halal Executive Training)”。
MUST possess Halal Executive Training Certificate recognized by JAKIM.
• 熟悉马来西亚清真标准 (MS 1500:2019) 及最新的清真管理体系 (MHMS/HAS)。
Well-versed in MS 1500:2019 and latest Malaysia Halal Management System (MHMS/HAS).
• 工作经验 (Experience):
具备至少 2 年在食品制造、零售或餐饮服务行业的清真事务处理经验。
At least 2 years of experience in handling Halal matters in food manufacturing, retail, or food service environment.
• 熟悉食品安全体系,如 GMP、HACCP、 ISO 22000 或其他相关领域。
Familiar with Food Safety Systems such as GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000 or related fields.
• 核心能力 (Competencies):
精通 JAKIM 的 MYeHALAL 网上门户操作,熟悉认证申请及续期流程。
Proficient in JAKIM’s MYeHALAL web-portal and the flow of new and renewal applications.
• 优秀的马来语 (Bahasa Melayu) 及英语沟通能力。
Excellent command of Bahasa Melayu and English.
• 工作准时、注重细节,具备优秀的任务统筹与规划能力。
Punctual, detail-oriented, and strong skills in task prioritization and planning.
• 其他要求 (Others):
能够根据业务需求接受因公出差。
Willing to travel for work-related purposes.
