We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager with a strong background in indirect procurement to join our team on a one-year temporary assignment. The ideal candidate will bring at least 7 years of hands-on experience in indirect category management, supplier management, and strategic sourcing. This role requires strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, along with the ability to operate in a fast-paced and multinational environment. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Lead and execute sourcing initiatives across multiple indirect categories, ensuring alignment with global and regional procurement strategies. • Manage supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, and performance evaluation. • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and drive cost optimization opportunities. • Conduct market analyses to identify potential suppliers and industry trends. • Ensure procurement activities comply with corporate policies, governance standards, and global procurement procedures. • Support regional and global procurement projects as needed. • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams and external suppliers. • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency. ________________________________________

Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field. • Minimum 7 years of experience in indirect procurement across multiple categories. • Proven experience in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiation, and contract management. • Strong command of English is required; proficiency in Japanese or Korean is preferred. • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. • Experience in multinational corporations or regional procurement roles is highly desirable.
