How You’ll Make an Impact • You partner with Talent Acquisition Managers and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, hiring expectations, timelines, and candidate quality. • You act as a company storyteller, sharing compelling insights about Siemens Energy, its strategy, culture, and career opportunities with candidates. • You leverage diverse sourcing channels, including internal databases, LinkedIn, job boards, internet sourcing, social networks, employee referrals, and networking events. • You identify and engage talent in hard to reach markets, understanding candidate motivations while promoting Siemens Energy’s opportunities and culture. • You conduct targeted research to identify and prioritize relevant companies, talent pools, and locations. • You proactively build and maintain external talent networks to create sustainable pipelines for current and future hiring needs. • You provide market intelligence, hiring data, and talent insights to stakeholders and business leaders, making clear and confident recommendations. • You maintain accurate and up to date documentation in the applicant tracking system, covering candidates, stakeholder interactions, and recruiting activities.

What You Bring • Experience gained within an agency and/or onsite recruitment environment. • Domain expertise in factory recruiting, particularly for manufacturing, quality, and sales functions. • Solid experience working with recruitment ATS and VMS platforms. • Strong working knowledge of sourcing tools, channels, and professional networking approaches. • Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin. • A proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage your own workload effectively. • A reliable, well organized, and detail oriented working style. • Strong teamwork skills, with a flexible and confident approach. • The ability to negotiate effectively and influence stakeholders by selling ideas and gaining commitment. • A customer focused mindset, with care for both candidate and business experience.
