岗位职责
1.负责制定公司液冷产品线的发展战略和路线图,主导新产品立项,明确产品定位及差异化竞争优势。 1.Develop the company's liquid cooling product line strategy and roadmap, lead new product initiatives, and define product positioning and competitive differentiation. 2.定义液冷系统(包括CDU、冷却液、快接头、冷板、机柜等)的技术规格、性能指标(如散热能力、PUE值、可靠性等)和成本目标。 2.Define technical specifications, performance metrics (e.g., cooling capacity, PUE, reliability), and cost targets for liquid cooling systems, including CDUs, coolants, quick connectors, cold plates, and cabinets. 3.主持产品决策会议,跟踪项目进度,管理需求变更,并有效解决开发过程中的各种问题。 3.Lead product decision-making meetings, track project progress, manage requirement changes, and resolve issues during the development process. 4.与供应链、生产部门紧密合作,确保产品的可制造性、成本可控及量产顺利;为销售和售前团队提供专业的产品培训和技术支持,协助完成关键客户的技术交流和方案宣讲。 4.Collaborate closely with supply chain and manufacturing teams to ensure product manufacturability, cost control, and smooth mass production. Provide product training and technical support to sales and pre-sales teams, assisting in technical exchanges and solution presentations for key clients. 5.深入调研和分析行业趋势,竞争对手动态及技术发展路径。 5.Conduct in-depth research and analysis of industry trends, competitor activities, and technology development paths. 6.通过客户访谈、行业会议、销售反馈等方式,深度挖掘目标客户的潜在需求与核心痛点。、 6.Identify target customers' latent needs and core pain points through customer interviews, industry conferences, and sales feedback.
任职要求
1.本科及以上学历,热能与动力工程、机械工程、工程热物理、制冷与低温工程等相关专业。 1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Thermal Energy and Power Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Thermophysics, Refrigeration and Cryogenic Engineering, or related fields. 2.5年以上从事液冷系统(水冷板、液冷系统、液冷母排)相关设计或工艺经验;有成功主导液冷产品从0到1全流程的经验者优先。 2.At least 5 years of experience in liquid cooling system design or process engineering (e.g., water cooling plates, liquid cooling systems, liquid cooling busbars). Preference given to candidates with proven experience in end-to-end product development from concept to market. 3.有高压充电桩等行业经验液冷系统开发优先。 3.Experience in liquid cooling system development for high-voltage charging piles is preferred. 4.精通液冷技术原理,熟悉冷板式、浸没式等主流液冷方案的优劣和应用场景 4.Proficient in liquid cooling principles and familiar with the advantages, limitations, and applications of mainstream solutions such as cold plate and immersion cooling. 5.深刻了解高压直流、ORV3架构,理解数据中心基础设施,对PUE、WUE、TCO等关键指标有清晰认知。 5.Deep understanding of high-voltage DC systems, ORV3 architecture, and data center infrastructure, with clear knowledge of key metrics like PUE, WUE, and TCO. 6.会应用流动方针系统(flow simulation)进行辅助设计。 6.Skilled in using flow simulation systems for auxiliary design. 7.具备强大的逻辑思维和数据分析能力、优越的团队领导能力。 7.Strong logical thinking, data analysis capabilities, and excellent team leadership skills. 8.能够阅读和理解英文技术文献者为佳。 8.Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English is preferred.

工作时间及调休制度:上班时间是早8晚5,中午12点-13点吃饭休息,周六周日休息。加班满2个小时计入调休,有效期6个月。 五险一金:五险是按照5000的基数,公积金是7820*5%,经理级以上的岗位五险一金的基数会有所提高。 薪资结构:包括基本工资、岗位津贴、技能津贴、绩效工资和全勤奖金;经理级以上提供人才公寓,工程师可协商租房补贴。
