【Job Description】 o Responsible for month end closing and provide relevant analysis for product cost, variable /fixed variance. o Provide effective and accurate costing analysis for factory management to drive for further cost improvement. To be involved in all NPI projects, and act as a key member on business case preparation, transfer price determination, cost forecast, pricing, etc. o Prepare factory financial report in global system. o Prepare/Review monthly financial package with different stakeholders. o Review cost center overhead to ensure expenses are properly recorded and accrued. o Prepare cost center report to each cost champion. o Review B.O.M / Labor Rate /Overhead Rate in ERP sys periodically to ensure the standard cost is reasonable and accurate. o Initiate and monitor Assets /Costing related processes.

【Qualifications】 o Bachelor’s degree required (Finance related experience). o Positive attitude and result-oriented o Great self-study ability and logical analytical skills. o Experience in Microsoft 365 o Excellent communication, analytical and teamwork skills. o Speed, accuracy and strong attention to detail is required in performing all functions of this position.
