Brief description of the position: Based on technical requirements, making sure to accomplish the NEV e-powertrain component development. Including: Technical requirements analysis and specification Project mngt, budget planning, reporting, track& trace (incl. steering ext. resources) Testing results evaluation and failure resolving. Key Tasks: Tightly tracking the development process of E-drive system, collaborate with teams to achieve project milestone, ensure SOP in time. 2D/3D data management & maintain Draft presentations, prepare meeting including agenda and protocol Responsible for failure analysis and management in VCTC, manage KPM tickets in VCTC Assistance in organizing and control suppliers, tracking component development and test status Collect and deliver E-drive attachments, collect resources requirements Competitor analysis for components Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder. Advising other people holding positions at VCIC, its subsidiaries/associate companies, or cooperating organizations upon request and in consultation with the appropriate people responsible.

Qualification and skills: Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in mechatronics, power and energy engineer, mechanical engineering or other related fields. More than 2 years working experience in e-powertrain system. Have a strong sense of self-drive and responsibility, full of innovation consciousness, can give full play to the subjective initiative. With good communication skills and team spirit. Excellent comprehensive quality, good image, language expression and logic, flexible to deal with people. Fluent English communication skills and German communication skills is preferred. Full command of MS Office/XP/MS Outlook, strong skills in Excel &PowerPoint. Be able to use CATIA and other design software; Familiar with e-powertrain system standard and test case;
