Position: Technical Support Engineer/技术支持工程师 Department: SNC CSA CCS Mission of Function? Technical support engineer is mainly responsible for SNC motion control products technical support, including field application support, pilot test and benchmark test for new products, and handle escalated case from outside, and provide professional solutions. What are my responsibilities? • Drive the pilot test and coordinate benchmark test for new GMC products by test concept definition and implement. • Take over the escalated cases as T2.5, to clarify the problems and provide professional solutions timely. • Provide professional onsite investigation for root cause analyze of product problem. • Collect application feedback of GMC products and transfer it to RD and product manager. • Document application experience of GMC products and share with related cross function. What do I need to qualify for this job? • Education - bachelor’s degree or above, automation control Major or related etc. • Over 5 years working experience at related area. • Good experience in motion control system application, especially in general motion control application. • Good skill of programming or commissioning software, for example TIA, STARTER etc. • Good experience in PLC programming, Proficient in servo and VFD application skills. • Basic hardware analyze ability. • Good communication skills, both in English and Chinese. • Business trip is required.
