Job Title CSA-– Infrastructure (Azure Cloud) (Azure Infrastructure / Azure Core / Hybrid Cloud) Role Summary The Customer Success Architect (CSA) – Azure Infrastructure is a customerfacing, deliveryfocused technical role responsible for helping enterprise customers design, deploy, operate, and optimize Azure infrastructure solutions. This role combines deep Azure infrastructure expertise, architectural advisory, and handson delivery, enabling customers to achieve secure, resilient, and scalable cloud and hybrid environments, aligned with Microsoft best practices and the WellArchitected Framework. Key Responsibilities Azure Infrastructure Architecture & Delivery Design and deliver Azure Infrastructure solutions across compute, storage, networking, identity, and governance Lead Architecture Design Sessions (ADS) and technical workshops aligned with customer business and technical goals Apply Azure Landing Zones (CAF) to enable enterprisescale deployments and migrations Cloud Adoption & Modernization Guide customers through Azure migrations and modernization from onpremises or hybrid environments Support adoption of IaaS and core platform services, ensuring security, resiliency, and operational excellence Advise on hybrid and multiregion architectures, including resiliency and availability strategies Reliability, Security & Governance Architect solutions aligned with the Azure WellArchitected Framework (Security, Reliability, Cost, Performance, Operations) Design and review networking, identity, and governance models (RBAC, policies, management groups) Identify and remove blockers to customer golive by providing deep Azure infrastructure expertise Customer Engagement & CSA Delivery Act as a trusted technical advisor to customer IT decision makers Partner with CSAMs, other CSAs, and engineering teams to drive customer success outcomes Own delivery commitments and ensure execution in line with customer expectations and Microsoft standards Required Technical Skills (Core) Azure Infrastructure Strong handson experience with Azure Core services oAzure Virtual Machines (Windows/Linux) oAzure Networking (VNet, VPN, ExpressRoute, Load Balancer, Firewall) oAzure Storage (Blob, Files, Disks) Experience designing enterprisescale Azure architectures Identity & Governance Solid knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), RBAC, and access models Experience with Azure Policy, Management Groups, subscriptions, and governance Understanding of Zero Trust principles in Azure environments Hybrid & Operations (Nice to Have) Hybrid connectivity and integration with onpremises infrastructure Azure Monitor, Backup, Site Recovery Azure Arc or hybrid management concepts Soft Skills & CSA Expectations Strong customerfacing communication and advisory skills Ability to explain complex architectures to technical and nontechnical stakeholders Comfortable leading workshops, reviews, and technical deepdives Selflearner mindset with continuous skilling aligned to CSA expectations

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience 8-10+ years of experience in cloud / infrastructure / architecture / consulting roles Customerfacing delivery experience strongly preferred Certifications (Preferred) Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ305) Azure Network Engineer (AZ700) / Azure Security Engineer (AZ500) – nice to have
