- Assist senior researchers in conducting studies related to neuroinflammation, innate/adaptive immune signaling, and inflammasome activation, and participate in the implementation of experimental protocols; - Assist in investigating cytokine and immune regulatory pathways, participate in exploring potential therapeutic directions, and organize relevant research data and literature; - Take primary responsibility for the operation of animal experiments related to neuroinflammation and immune activation, including but not limited to experimental animal breeding, model establishment (e.g., inflammation models), administration (gavage/intraperitoneal/tail vein injection, etc.), sample collection (blood/tissue organs) and subsequent processing, ensuring standardized experimental procedures and authentic, traceable data; - Assist in establishing and optimizing in vitro experimental models (e.g., primary microglia, macrophages, T cell culture), and perform basic immunological and molecular biology experiments such as flow cytometry, ELISA, qPCR, and Western blotting; - Coordinate with chemistry and pharmacology teams to assist in the preliminary evaluation of candidate molecules' effects on cytokine release, immune cell polarization (M1/M2, Th1/Th2 balance), etc.; - Participate in auxiliary work related to target validation and biomarker screening, and be responsible for daily recording, sorting and preliminary ana lysis of experimental data; - Keep abreast of cutting-edge developments in immunology research (e.g., neuroinflammation, immune metabolism), and assist in organizing industry progress to share with the team.

- Educational Background: Ph.D. or above in Biology, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Pharmacology, Veterinary Medicine or related fields; Fresh postdoctoral fellows who have just completed their postdoctoral training are also acceptable; - Work Experience: Postdoctoral research experience is preferred; Candidates with no postdoctoral experience but solid experimental skills (especially in animal experiments or neuroimmunology-related research) are also acceptable; At least 2 years of relevant research experience (including doctoral research period) is preferred; - Professional Knowledge: Basic understanding of immune-inflammatory signaling pathways (e.g., NF-κB, JAK-STAT pathways), and better understanding of basic theories related to neuroinflammation or immune regulation; - Experimental Skills: Proficient in animal experiment operation (core requirement), able to independently complete animal administration, sampling, model maintenance and other operations; Familiar with at least 2-3 basic immunological/molecular biology experimental technologies (e.g., ELISA, qPCR, cell culture), and experience in flow cytometry operation is preferred; - Comprehensive Abilities: Rigorous experimental attitude and good hands-on ability, able to standardize the recording of experimental data; Certain an alytical thinking, able to assist in basic data interpretation; - Language Ability: Good English literature reading ability, able to understand English experimental protocols and academic materials; - Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with research experience in neuroinflammation, autoimmune diseases, or exposure to protein degrader development projects are preferred.
