（一）会计核算与账务管理 独立主导英国公司全盘账务处理，编制单体财务报表，确保符合英国GAAP及集团要求。 规范凭证编制、账簿登记、财务档案管理，满足两地监管留存要求。 (一) Accounting and Bookkeeping Management Independently lead the full-cycle accounting process for the UK company, prepare stand-alone financial statements, and ensure compliance with UK GAAP and group requirements. Standardize the preparation of vouchers, maintenance of ledgers, and management of financial files to meet regulatory retention requirements in both jurisdictions. （二）税务合规管理 负责英国公司增值税、企业所得税等税种申报缴纳，对接英国税务机关。 研究英国税收政策，规范跨境关联交易转让定价，防控税务风险 （二）Tax Compliance Management Responsible for the filing and payment of various taxes for the UK company, including VAT and corporate income tax, and liaise with HMRC. Research UK tax policies, standardize transfer pricing for cross-border related-party transactions, and prevent tax risks. （三）融资与资金管理 对接集团资管中心，统筹英国两地融资业务，拓展本地银行渠道，洽谈授信与融资方案。 负责融资申请、贷后管理及本息偿还，维护公司信用。 制定资金计划，监控资金流向，办理跨境资金划转与外汇结算，防范外汇风险 （三）Financing and Treasury Management Coordinate with the group’s treasury center to manage financing activities in both the UK and Germany, expand local banking channels, and negotiate credit facilities and financing solutions. Responsible for financing applications, post-loan management, and principal/interest repayments, maintaining the company’s credit standing. Develop cash flow plans, monitor fund flows, handle cross-border fund transfers and foreign exchange settlements, and guard against foreign exchange risks. （四）财务内控与风险管控 搭建英国公司财务内控制度，防范舞弊与账务风险。 配合集团内审及外部审计，落实审计整改。 定期开展跨境财务、税务、资金风险排查，制定防控措施。 （四）Financial Internal Control and Risk Management Establish a financial internal control system for the UK company to prevent fraud and accounting risks. Cooperate with group internal audit and external auditors, and implement audit rectification measures. Regularly conduct risk assessments covering cross-border finance, taxation, and treasury, and develop preventive measures.

学历资质：财务、会计、金融等相关专业本科及以上；ACCA、CPA、CIMA或英国本地执业资质优先。 Educational Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields；ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or a UK local practicing qualification is preferred. 工作经验：5年以上财务经验，3年以上英国区域财务经验，熟悉英国财务会计制度及税务法规；有中资企业欧洲子公司经验优先。 Work Experience:Minimum 5 years of financial experience, including at least 3 years of financial experience in the UK region，Familiarity with the UK financial accounting system and tax regulations，Experience in European subsidiaries of Chinese-funded enterprises is preferred. 专业能力：精通全盘账务、税务申报、融资管理；熟悉英国财务合规与外汇政策；具备财务分析、风险管控能力；熟练使用财务软件。 Professional Skills:Proficient in full-set accounting, tax filing, and financing management；Familiar with UK financial compliance and foreign exchange policies，Capable of financial analysis and risk control，Skilled in using accounting software. 语言能力：英语、中文流利（书面+口语），能处理中、英文财务文件。 Language Ability:Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken), able to handle financial documents in both languages. 综合素质：责任心强，抗压能力好，熟悉中资集团财务流程，具备跨区域协调能力与良好职业操守。 General Qualities:Strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure，Familiar with the financial processes of Chinese-funded groups，Cross-regional coordination skills and good professional ethics.
