Key Responsibilities n Drive molecular optimization of CNS-targeted compounds and degraders with a strong focus on BBB penetration, free brain exposure, developability, and translational PK/PD properties. n Partner closely with medicinal chemistry leader to optimize permeability, efflux liability (P- gp/BCRP), metabolic stability, and exposure-efficacy relationships through structure-property and structure-PK analysis. n Design and oversee DMPK studies, review and summarize results, integrate ADME, PK, and PK/PD information to guide multi-disciplinary team efforts in lead optimization and candidate selection. n Manage external CROs, review study protocol, study results, and finalize reports to ensure high quality and on-time execution of DMPK studies. n Experience in targeted protein degradation (TPD) and/or AI-driven drug discovery (AIDD) is highly preferred

Qualifications • MSc or PhD in Medicinal Chemistry, Drug Metabolism, Pharmacokinetics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacology, or related disciplines. • Over 3 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry or CROs, with a focus on CNS drug development, BBB penetration optimization, or targeted protein degradation. • Strong trouble shooting skills in most in vitro and in vivo DMPK studies. Solid understanding of ADME principles, PK/PD relationships, and translational DMPK concepts. • Experience with AI-enabled molecular property prediction and ADMET optimization is highly preferred. • Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
