• Establish & maintain key customer contact.
• Translate customer requirement into product and process specification.
• Work with customers and operations to solve processing and product technical problem.
• Work with marketing to identify new products opportunities and market opportunities.
• Provide leadership guideline to ensure quality is on target and meet customer’s expectation.
• Liaison with technical groups worldwide to exchange information and best practices to ensure product consistency, transfer new technology into Kaiping plant.
• Visit customers regularly to get feedback of our products and provide customers technical solution & Resources.
• Keep customers be informed with PF latest products & technology.
• Reinforce properties’ protection of PF intellectual.
• Keep up with knowledge of new technologies, applications and market trends.
• Develop & implement E-customer links.

Experience /Education:
• B. S. or M. S. Degree in Engineering or Polymer related discipline.
• Min 5 years experience in conversion production or technical area or quality control.
• 3 years experience worked with particular customers is a plus.
