The SAP PP&QM Expert is responsible for implementing and supporting SAP S/4HANA PP&QM solutions to optimize production planning and quality management processes. The SAP PP&QM Expert works closely with business users to understand requirements, design effective solutions, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems. • Lead the implementation and support of SAP S/4HANA PP&QM module, covering MTO/ETO/MTS discrete manufacturing model, ensuring process standardization and adoption of SAP best practices across manufacturing operations. • Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional specifications. • Configure key SAP PP components such as Material Requirement Planning (MRP), Bill of Materials (BOM), Routing, Work Centers, Production Orders, and Capacity Planning. • Implement SAP QM core configuration for quality control, inspection planning, and quality assurance within production processes. • Integrate PP/QM with related modules including SAP MM and SD module and other application systems e.g. PLM and MES. • Collaborate with ABAP and technical teams to develop custom enhancements, reports, and interfaces with good understanding of data dictionary. (Tables, FM, BAPI, BADI etc.,) • Conduct key activities during SAP S/4HANA project including testing (unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing), user training, documentation, and post-go-live support. • Assist with S/4HANA migration and data conversion activities related to production data. • Play as a good team player to coordinate with offshore consultants and other SAP modules, and build professional relationships with business users, management and team members to ensure delivery of proposed solutions.

Requirement: • Domain experience of 6+ years in Manufacturing & Quality management with strong understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices in discrete manufacturing industry. • SAP S/4HANA PP/QM functional experience of 8+ years, with at least 2 full-cycle implementations in SAP S/4HANA and good experience on 3rd party system integrations. (SAP S/4HANA public cloud experience is preferred) • Strong functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) module. • Familiarity with integration between PP, QM and other modules (MM, SD and FI/CO). • Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps related to PP&QM and S/4HANA simplifications. • Experience with process mapping and requirement gathering to design effective solutions, ensuring seamless integration with surrounding systems. • Basic ABAP skills required: debugging standard programs, writing simple enhancements, and creating custom reports to meet business requirements. • SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Production Planning and Manufacturing preferred.
