岗位职责
Major Responsibility: (Note: what responsibility and authority this position performs in organization, especially responsibility affect product quality should be identified.) 1.Responsible for end-to-end management of COEM overseas plants (focusing on Europe & South America, covering Middle East, Africa, Australia, etc.), primarily engaging with plant directors, procurement teams, and operational management. 负责COEM海外工厂(以欧洲、南美为主,覆盖中东、非洲、澳洲等)的端到端管理,重点对接工厂厂长、采购线及运营管理层。 2.Regular business work, such as manage sample delivery, maintain order forecasts, aftermarket part commercial terms, and support client audits (internal/external) 常规的商务工作,如管理样件交付,维护订单预测、售后件商务条款,支持客户审核(内审/外审)。 3.Systematically collect and analyze COEM overseas plant dynamics (organizational changes, vehicle program planning, order volume forecasts), local policies/regulations, and competitor strategies, delivering actionable market. 系统收集并分析COEM海外工厂动态(组织架构、车型规划、订单量预测)、本土政策法规及竞争对手策略,输出决策支持报告。 4.Accurately translate client voices (quality, logistics, production needs) to China teams (Sales, PM, PE, plants), driving internal process optimization and rapid response. 精准传递客户声音(质量、物流、生产需求)至中国团队(销售、PM、PE、工厂),推动内部流程优化与快速响应。 5.Plan and execute high-level visits for COEM overseas plant stakeholders (itinerary coordination, resource allocation, cultural adaptation) to strengthen partnerships. 策划并执行COEM海外工厂高层拜访接待(行程安排、资源协调、文化适配),强化合作关系。 6.Support COEM HQ delegation visits to showcase technical capabilities and global service networks. 支持COEM总部来访接待,展示公司技术能力与全球化服务网络。
任职要求
Skills and Abilities/Qualification: (Note: Determine the necessary competence for personnel on this position, e.g. what kind of applicable tools and techniques should be skilled in, education background, language skill requirement, character and so on) 1.Native Mandarin Chinese, fluent English (business negotiation, contract drafting, technical communication); proficiency in regional languages (e.g., Portuguese/Spanish/Turkish) is a plus. 中文母语,英文流利(商务谈判、合同撰写及技术交流);掌握葡萄牙语/西班牙语/土耳其语等区域语言优先。 2.Deep understanding of automotive steering systems (EPS/CEPS preferred) and OEM/Tier1 procurement processes (RFQ, APQP, SOP) is a plus; 熟悉汽车转向系统(EPS/CEPS技术优先)及OEM/Tier1采购流程(RFQ、APQP、SOP)优先。 3.Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), data analytics tools, and remote collaboration platforms 熟练使用CRM系统(如Salesforce)、数据分析工具及远程协作平台。 4.Cross-cultural communication: Ability to navigate between Chinese corporate culture and overseas client contexts, building executive-level trust. 跨文化沟通力:能在中国企业文化和海外客户场景间灵活切换,建立高层信任。 5.Risk anticipation: Knowledge of target market trade compliance, tariff policies, and geopolitical risks (e.g., EU CSRD, Brazil import regulations) 风险预判力:熟悉目标市场贸易合规、关税政策及地缘风险(如欧洲CSRD、巴西进口法规)。 Experience: (Note: Determine necessary related working experience for personnel to be competent) 1.5+ years in automotive steering system or Tier1 component sales. 5年以上汽车转向系统或Tier1零部件行业销售经验。 2.3+ years in Europe or South America market, with knowledge of local automotive ecosystems and Chinese OEM overseas plant operations 3年以上欧洲或南美市场经验,熟悉当地汽车产业链生态及中国车企海外工厂运营模式。 3.Hold a passport with visa-free/convenient travel access (e.g., EU) for rapid deployment to global regions (especially Europe & Brazil) 持有免签/便利出行护照(如欧盟等),可快速赴全球多地(尤其欧洲、巴西)出差。
