This position will focus on: 该职位负责生产管理。该职位将重点关注： • Initiate regular maintenance plan for machines base on request. • Establish critical machines emergency recovery plan (ERP). • Establish machine preventive maintenance system via monitoring actual machine status, preferred by via AI solution. • Deal with unexpected machine problems within short time period (Trouble shooting), and guarantee machine running smoothly. • Spare parts management include consumption and replenishment of spare parts. • Upgrade machine technology and continuously improve machine efficiency (CIP). • Statistics & analysis machine problems and take action to reduce machine down time and fulfill machine utilization KPI target. • Statistics & analysis maintenance cost, take actions for cost saving. • Support improvement projects related machine issue. • To be responsible for people development, health and safety issues • 根据请求启动机器的定期维护计划。 • 建立关键机器的紧急恢复计划（ERP）。 • 通过监控实际机器状态建立机器预防性维护系统，优先采用人工智能解决方案。 • 在短时间内处理突发的机器问题（故障排除），并保证机器平稳运行。 • 备件管理包括备件的消耗与补充。 • 升级机器技术并持续改进机器效率（CIP）。 • 统计与分析机器问题，并采取措施减少机器停机时间，达成机器利用率KPI目标。 • 统计与分析维护成本，并采取措施节约成本。 • 支持与机器问题相关的改进项目。 • 负责人员发展、健康与安全事务。 Main Requirements 主要职位要求 • Bachelor degree (or above) is required in mechanical / electrical/ automatic. • More than 5 years working experience of maintenance, with Trumpf working experience preferred. • Automation knowledge. • Digitalization knowledge preferred. • PLC knowledge preferred. • Maintenance experience regarding Automatic machine and flow line. • Sheet metal machine/laser welding machine/robot and AGV preferred. • Be good at people collaboration / communication • Be active/passion to take responsibility & be excellence in challenges • Good Communication skills in English • 机械/电气/自动化相关专业本科及以上学历。 • 具有5年以上维修工作经验，有Trumpf设备工作经验者优先。 • 具备自动化知识。 • 数字化知识优先考虑。 • 熟悉PLC者优先。 • 具备自动化设备和流水线的维护经验。 • 具备钣金机/激光焊接机/机器人及AGV经验者优先。 • 擅长团队协作与沟通。 • 积极主动，富有责任心，能够在挑战中追求卓越。 • 良好的英语沟通能力。
