2. Formulate and execute personal sales plans to achieve sales targets assigned by the company.
3. Develop new customers, maintain existing customer relationships, and establish a stable customer network.
4. Collect market information, understand competitor dynamics, and provide timely feedback on market conditions.
5. Assist in organizing product training and academic promotion activities.
6. Responsible for the negotiation, signing, and follow-up of sales contracts and payments.
任职要求
1. Indonesian nationality, aged 28-40.
2. College degree or above, preferably in medicine, pharmacy, marketing, or related fields.
3. Over 3 years of experience in selling medical high-value consumables, with successful sales cases.
4. Familiar with local hospitals and distributor channels, those with a stable client base are preferred.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
6. Proficient in using office software.
