Job Description
岗位描述 ‘- Coordinate complaints with all related plant, sales and all related party to deal with customer service issue (focus on Industrial parts complaint handling)
- Make initial justification for customer complaints
- Handle 0Km complaint and field complaint of trading parts.
- Handle field complaint of local produced parts.
- Review root cause analysis report or 8D report from production plant.
- Visit customers and take care about the satisfaction in case of problems.
- Assist in handling logistic complaint with sales. Assist in performing commercial negotiation for warranty case (TF, penalty). Make statistic about customer complaints and warranty cases.
- Training of quality standards & methods for our Sales departments.
- Other tasks, which are related to the scope of Q-customer Service.
- Responsible for EHS on own responsible area and strictly follow legal requirements and Schaeffler regulations, proper use personal protection equipment, attend relevant EHS training, immediately report accident or unsafe aspects to supervisor
- Support and take initiatives on Fit for Quality.
- Support and take initiatives on MOVE.
- Support and take initiatives on Health, Safety & Security.
- Support on Environmental Management.
- Support on internal control.
- Support on Excellence.

- 对客户投诉进行初步说明
- 处理零公里投诉以及贸易零部件的现场投诉
- 处理本地生产的零部件的现场投诉
- 审查生产工厂的根本原因分析报告或 8D 报告
- 拜访客户并关注客户满意度,以防出现问题
- 协助处理与销售部门的物流投诉。协助处理保修案例(保修期限、罚款)统计客户投诉和保修案例
- 对我们销售部门的质量标准和方法进行培训
- 与 Q 客户服务范围相关的其他任务
- 负责自己负责区域的 EHS 工作,严格遵守法律要求和舍弗勒规定,正确使用个人防护设备,参加相关的 EHS 培训,立即向主管报告事故或不安全情况

任职要求
- Familiar with ISO/TS 16949 and QS 5 core tools
- Good PC application skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill
- Reliable, flexible and competent
- Quality knowledge and skills
- Work with leaders with strong consulting, coaching skills in a commercial environment (spoken and written in English language)
- Excellent customer service mentality
- Skills in software including MS office, SAP Quality and BW systems
- Minimum 3 years experience for quality assurance or quality system in automotive or industry at equivalent level.
