岗位职责
Principle Accountabilities: 主要职责:
Utilize advanced search techniques to identify potential candidates on databases, job boards, social media sites and other channels that meet required criteria.
运用高级搜索技术,在数据库、招聘网站、社交媒体及其他渠道上寻找符合要求的潜在候选人。
Independently handle social recruitment as strategic business partner.
作为战略业务伙伴,独立负责社交招聘。
Actively participant in the full life-cycle recruitment including job posting / candidate sourcing / screening / shortlisting, driving business-candidate interviews, offer approval process, etc.
积极参与全流程招聘,包括职位发布、候选人寻源、筛选、短名单确定,推动业务部门与候选人面试,录用审批流程等。
Deeply involve in Campus recruitment, including vendor & cross-function communication, promotion, interviewing, Open Day coordination and Offer releasing, etc.
深度参与校园招聘,包括供应商及跨部门沟通、宣传推广、面试、开放日协调及录用通知发放等。
Update recruitment dashboard on daily basis to keep accurate track of interview progress.
每日更新招聘数据看板,准确跟踪面试进度。
Support team to set and maintain candidate databases as well as recruitment related website promotion.
支持团队建立并维护候选人数据库,以及招聘相关网站的推广。
Perform other assignments required by leaders.
完成上级要求的其他任务。
任职要求
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in management, business, human resources or related major.
本科及以上学历,管理、商科、人力资源或相关专业优先。
Minimum 5 years working experience as head-hunter or in-house recruiter for manufacturing industry.
至少5年制造业猎头或内部招聘专员工作经验。
Experienced in communicating and updating all levels of stakeholders.
具备与各级别利益相关者沟通和汇报的经验。
Campus Recruitment Project experience will be a plus.
有校园招聘项目经验者优先。
Attribute 能力特征
Fluent in English or Japanese, both in writing and verbal communication.
英语或日语流利,具备良好的书面和口头沟通能力。
Good command of Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook).
熟练使用Microsoft Office软件(MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook)。
