岗位职责
Key responsibilities include: 1、Lead product software verification activity, strategize testing, formulate test plans, anddesign test frameworks and processes. 2、Participate in evaluating software quality and proposing improvement plans. 3、Standardize testing processes and improve team efficiency. 4、Analyze requirements, design, and execute test cases. 5、Review of test cases and review test input documents 6、Participate in technical reviews and contribute to tech discussions. 7、Solve technical challenges in testing and optimize testing methods. 8、Mentor junior/intermediate engineers to improve the overall ability of the team. 9、Other tasks from the manager.

Quality Specific Goals: 1、Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System,Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position 2、Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlinesMIdentify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate correctiveaction as required 3、Ensure compliance/closure of Regulatory and Quality requirements before completing Design Outputs/Program Deliverables 4、Participate in continuous improvement activities by supporting the implementation ofprocess and product quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications/Requirements: 1、 Graduation in science/Engineering. 2、At least 5 years of continuous software testing experience in a testing position at thesame company. 3、Should have good knowledge of software testing methodology/processesand software development life cycle. 4、Strong in Manual testing methodologies. 5、Experience working well with the global team. 6、English skills: Reading & Writing is must, listening & Speaking is plus. 7、Lead software testing team or project experience and ability is must. 8、Scrum practice working experience is a plus
