- BA experience driving requirement gathering - At least 3 years experience in business analytics, with the ability to analyze business requirements ,delivery requirement document, provide recommendations for project solutions - Technical knowledge and on-hand experience of the China IT ecosystem, including WeChat Mini Program projects - Experienced in project management experience, with a proven track record of managing and delivering projects on time and within budget - Strong vendor management skills, with experience in managing vendor relationships and deliverables - Excellent communication skill, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills , could proactively coordinate internal& external resource to achieve project goals - Familiarity with agile methodologies and the Agile manifesto - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required; PMP certification is a plus - Spoken/written English &Putonghua could use as working language.
