Description(Please list 5~8 job responsibilities) 1. Using knowledge of engineering, manufacturing and procurement to analysis the changes of product design and determine effect on overall systems 2. Coordinates and implementation of the release or changes of the products on documentation and data throughout the life cycle of the products 3. Leads the facilitation of engineering changes with cross functional teams- Engineering, Manufacturing, QA, S&R, Sales etc in PLM database. 4. Responsible to obtain necessary and additional information for compliance with requirements of product data or documentation release and maintain the data in appropriate database PLM or ERP 5. Material master data /BOM data/ technical documentation etc activation and management in appropriate databases or control network place 6. Product's cost review and analysis and global TP initiation 7. In New Product Introduction, applies product knowledge to ensure deliverables documenting a product performance requirement and its physical configuration are identified and documented to a level of detail sufficient to consistently produce the product and meet anticipated needs for operation, maintenance, repair and replacement. 8. Work and coordinate EWR with Creating material, activating material, managing ECN 9. Support continuous improvement activities 10. Qualifications (Education, Experience, Industry/Functional Knowledge, etc. ): Education: College or above degree, major in Automation, EE, Electromechanical engineering External Work Experience: more than 5 years’ experience in the Electronics and Automotive industries is a plus Industry/Functional Knowledge: Electronics and Automotive industries Others: • Familiar with BOM, Material master data, technical documentation • Familiar with Engineering change management process • Familiar with SAP,PLM system operation • Clear ISC concept and understand the supply chain logic • Learn about the Export control regular • Can read mechanical drawings • English is workable • Familiar with firmware or software is plus • Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills are a must. • Quality Assurance knowledge is a plus. • NPI process knowledge is a plus. Skills(Computer, Communication, Leadership, Behavior, etc): Computer skills: Familiar with firmware or software is plus , Minitab tool.
