岗位职责
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Transformative Vision
• Drive pipeline differentiation by identifying high-value targets and novel E3
ligases aligned with unmet medical needs.
• Ensure the company maintains a competitive edge through adoption of innovative
modalities, AI-enabled drug discovery, and multi-omics integration.
• Provide scientific input to corporate strategy, BD, and fundraising discussions.
Platform Innovation & Technology Integration
• Architect and scale a fully integrated discovery engine combining:
o Chemistry: DEL, CIP-DEL, fragment-based, medicinal chemistry
optimization.
o Biology: chemoproteomics, cell-based degradation assays, translational
biomarkers.
o Computation: AI-enabled VS, structural modeling (AlphaFold3, MD
simulations), multi-omics data mining.
• Guide structural biology programs (X-ray crystallography, Cryo-EM, NMR) to
support rational molecular glue design.
• Oversee development of robust PK/PD, ADME, and safety packages to de-risk
early candidates.
Pipeline Development
• Lead programs from hit discovery through lead optimization, PCC, and IND-
enabling studies, with a strong focus on inflammation, autoimmune diseases,
and CNS disorders.
• Establish rigorous decision-making frameworks to prioritize assets and allocate
resources across therapeutic areas with high unmet need.
• Define and enforce clear Go/No-Go milestones that balance scientific innovation
with capital efficiency.
任职要求
Qualifications
• PhD in Medicinal Chemistry, Chemical Biology, Structural Biology, or a related
discipline.
• Over 10 years of experience in small-molecule drug discovery, with deep
expertise in structure-based drug design and translational research.
• Minimum of 5 years leading Targeted Protein Degradation (TPD) programs,
including PROTACs, molecular glues, or E3 ligase modulation, with a strong
track record of advancing assets from hit identification through PCC and IND-
enabling studies.
• Extensive knowledge of E3 ligase biology, PPI modulation, and molecular glue
mechanisms, including the design and optimization of novel degrader
modalities.
• Demonstrated leadership in deploying cutting-edge discovery technologies such
as DNA-encoded libraries (DEL/CIP-DEL), chemoproteomics, fragment-based
screening, and AI-driven virtual screening platforms.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with external partners,
and translate complex biology into differentiated clinical candidates.
