岗位职责 Job responsibilities  Analyze and document business requirements for enterprise-level system enhancements.  Facilitate cross-functional discussions with stakeholders to drive consensus on system improvements.  Facilitate and conduct related business or project activities, including project meetings, workshops, and discussions, to align stakeholders.  Facilitate discussions that generate customized business solutions.  Assess the as-is situation and collaborate with clients to create artifacts (personas, epics, stories, etc.) to maximize value.  Prepare and manage meeting materials, decks, and presentations, ensuring the timely execution of internal and external deliverables.  Liaise between the client and your team consisting of subject matter experts, developers, quality analysts, tech architects, user experience designers, project managers, etc. to manage product backlogs and keep an eye on software delivery.  Collaborate with teammates on the analysis and design of complex business applications using the latest technologies.  Work in agile teams that facilitate organizational transformations for large- scale businesses.

任职要求 Job qualifications  Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.  5+ years of experience as business analyst, preferably in a consulting environment.  Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.  Competent in relevant methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Agile) and standards (e.g. ISO).  Experience with the local enterprise and public.  Effective communication skills in English and Mandarin to facilitate coordination among technical and business teams.  Strong motivation to learn, grow, and thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.  Know-how for PRD, nice to hold BA experience of 2b enterprise application
