manage the innovation development of key npd projects.
管理重点新产品开发项目的创新发展
brand building 40%品牌建设
brand communication specific focus on social media, especially red and douyin this includes social content strategy, execution planning, social assets development and ecommerce conversion with clear consumer journey & insights.
communication of marketing plans updates, supporting on-line and off-line operational marketing activities.
close connection with cross function team to implement the plan, performance tracking and strictly comply with compliance requirements.
support line manager in brand campaign planning and lead brand campaign development & execution, engaging consumer brand experiences.
support new product launch by following up master assets, pdp design and other communication materials.

qualifications/
任职要求
任职要求:
1. bachelor's degree and above
2. at least 3 years brand marketing experience and skill set in brand management function, brand building and innovation experience are must.
3. experience in brand communication, especially on social media preferred
4. good english communication in both written and speaking.
5. fmcg experience preferred
1.本科及以上学历
2.至少3年的品牌营销经验和品牌管理职能、品牌建设和创新经验.
3.有品牌传播经验,尤其是社交媒体经验者优先
4.良好的英语听说读写能力.
5.有快速消费品经验者优先
