Brief description of the position: To ensure the workflow, this position also holds the responsibility of 3D data programming, manufacturing method planning, making Production schedule, accompany with the manufacturing process, as long as equipment investment/maintenance, safety management, consumables purchasing etc.. Key Tasks: 1使用三维结构设计相关软件，完成基础的零件设计，识别和修改设计缺陷 Use 3D structural design related software to complete basic part design, identify and modify design defects. 2根据零件使用场景，合理选择加工工艺方案和材料，设计相关工装 Based on the usage scenarios of the parts, reasonably select the processing process plan and materials, and design relevant tooling. 3编写CNC加工程序，合理利用机床的加工能力，保证加工效率 Write CNC machining programs, make reasonable use of the machining capacity of the machine tool, and ensure machining efficiency. 4陪同加工过程，及时发现并解决机床故障和CNC加工程序问题 Accompany with the whole manufacturing process, timely identify and resolve machine tool malfunctions and CNC machining program issues. 5对加工过程中的问题进行及时记录、分析原因，优化加工工艺或提出设计更改建议 Timely record and analyze the problems encountered during the processing, optimize the processing technology, or propose design change suggestions. 6零件加工完成后，根据测量报告和表面质量判断是否合格，并对不合格零件给出优化方案 After the part is produced, determine whether it is qualified based on the measurement report and surface quality, and provide optimization solutions. 7加工合格后，检查相关标准件是否安装到位，并和相关后处理人员完成零件交接 After the processing is qualified, check whether the relevant standard parts are installed in place and handover parts with Model colleagues. 8根据任务量和进度制定生产计划 Making the Production schedule according to the task schedule. 9负责机床及项目运行所需的耗材及工具，例如代木等，跟踪库存情况并定期采购相关材料 Responsible for necessary consumables and tools, such as substitute wood, tracking inventory status and purchasing it regularly. 10负责车间的设备投资、验收、付款等，协调相关资源完成设备的日常管理及维护 Responsible for equipment investment, acceptance and payment in the workshop, coordinate resources to accomplish the daily management of equipment.

Qualification and skills required for the position: Education: Degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or equivalent qualifications Working Experience: Fresh gruaduates or min 3 years in automobile industries, Better with the experience in mechanical manufacturing，CNC programing，3D design Skills: • Deep understanding of automotive processes and procedures, familiar with Volkswagen Group organization, systems and processes especially in technical and pre-series development • Process management • IT skills: MS Office, CAD & CAM Software, Connect / KVS Language: Excellent business language skills in Chinese & English (written and oral) ,basic knowledge in German is appreciated
