Coordinate with global production and sales teams to forecast material requirements and ensure alignment with production schedules. 与全球生产和销售团队协作，预测物料需求，确保与生产计划保持一致。 2. Develop and maintain inventory planning models to optimize stock levels and minimize excess inventory. 制定并维护库存规划模型，优化库存水平，减少过剩库存。 3. Implement and manage material planning systems to improve efficiency and accuracy. 推行并管理物料规划系统，提升效率与准确性。 Inventory Management: 库存管理板块 1. Oversee inventory control processes to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of materials. 监督库存控制流程，确保物料追踪和报告准确无误。 2. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies. 定期开展库存审计，核对并解决差异问题。 3. Implement best practices for inventory management to reduce waste and improve turnover rates. 推行库存管理***实践，减少浪费，提高库存周转率。 Logistics (Shipping & Receiving): 物流（运输与接收）板块（可以弱化） 1. Manage all aspects of shipping and receiving operations, including coordination with carriers and freight forwarders. 管理运输与接收业务的各个环节，包括与承运商和货运代理的协作。 2. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards for shipping and receiving. 确保运输与接收工作符合所有相关法规和标准。 3. 技能与知识要求 1. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, data science, or other related disciplines. 拥有供应链、工程、数据科学或其他相关专业学士学位。 2. Minimum 2 years of experience in materials management, procurement, or supply chain operations within the composite, aerospace, automotive, or manufacturing industries. 至少 2 年物料管理、采购或供应链运营经验，需来自复合材料、航空航天、汽车或制造业领域。 3. Expert in ERP systems, specifically purchasing and planning and inventory management software. Experience with MS Navision/Dynamics 365 a plus. 精通ERP系统，尤其熟悉采购、规划及库存管理相关软件；具备微软 Navision/Dynamics 365 系统使用经验者优先。 4. Expert in data inquiry and analysis, preferred with Excel and Power BI. 擅长数据查询与分析，优先考虑掌握 Excel 和 Power BI 的候选人。 5. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 a plus. 深入了解 ISO 9001 标准者优先。 10.Fluency in English; Mandarin is a plus. 英语流利；会说普通话者优先。 职位调研 1、薪资18-22K/月，没有年终奖，是固定薪酬 2、出差补贴不过夜70元/天，过夜100元/天，住宿、交通实报实销，出差时间大约占比25%，出差地大多数是广州总部。 3、话补可申请100元/月，无住宿、餐补补贴等等，因为工厂刚开始，有些还不完善 4、属于生产部，无分管下属，向公司副总和美国相关领导汇报工作情况（虚线） 5、学历要求统招本科，化工相关经验，英语流利，年龄要求40岁以下，男女不限 6、熟悉Power BI加分，优先录用 7、主要是采购模块、规划模块、库存等，物流模块可以忽略
