Brief description of the position: Based on technical requirements, making sure to accomplish the VW brand NEV MCU SW development: • Technical requirements analysis and specification for MCU SW function development, modeling in Matlab/ Simulink, SW code generation • Testing results evaluation and trouble shooting. Key Tasks: Responsibility for E-Drive/MCU SW function development of ASW. Responsible for requirements definition, algorithm design, model building, code generation, and process review in software development. Responsible for model-based application layer software architecture design. Support the validation of software functions on the bench and on the vehicle. Document the development process and generate development documentation. Support the advancement of software development programs and manage development progress. Qualification and skills: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, electrical engineering or equivalent. At lease 1 year of experience in the Inverter/ MCU software developing At lease 2 years of experience in embedded system programming. At lease 2 years of experience in the BEV development. Professional knowledge of programming languages such as C and Mat-Lab. Good knowledge of model building as well as code generation of embedded system. Deep understanding of embedded systems in E-Drive/MCU. Good knowledge of measurement technology, test execution on the test bench and vehicle and CAN bus communication. Agile, independent, structured work and presentation of work results. English language skills (B2 or better).
