Client Engagement Act as the primary technical point of contact, responsible for end-to-end communication with clients in English, including solution design, documentation, and presentations. Development & Delivery Work with the Spring Boot technology stack and maintain both testing and production environments through DevOps pipelines. System Operations Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis of production issues to ensure system stability. Compliance & Security Ensure alignment with Australian financial regulatory requirements, including data residency and business continuity planning (BCP).

Language Skills Fluent in English (mandatory), with the ability to independently lead cross-border technical discussions and produce technical documentation in English. Mandarin Chinese communication skills are highly preferred. Technical Expertise Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in financial system development or implementation, including 3+ years as a technical expert or architect. Strong experience in Java/Spring Boot microservices architecture, with solid hands-on experience in cloud platforms such as Azure and/or AWS. Proficient in DevOps practices, including CI/CD, containerization, and automated deployment. Industry & Compliance Experience Experience in delivering overseas SaaS projects or working with Australian financial regulatory/compliance frameworks is highly preferred.
