岗位职责
Job Responsibilities:
The role is to support project teams to implement the Flex Project by phases and provide analysis and technical assistance for business.
1. Technical Activities:
Define and develop business requirements & functional specifications (BRS) for new, and renewal clients.
Supporting the documentation of Statement of Work (SOW).
Assist system configuration/development to both current businesses, responsible for project implementation, including system configuration, data processing, system testing and rapid diagnosis to solve problems encountered during project implementation.
Identifying the improvement in solution to meet dynamic business requirement.
2. Process Activities:
Analyses Flex Project enrolment and member activity data.
Define all operation procedure in collaboration with clients, internal parties and 3rd party vendors for on-line and off-line transactions.
Document using established standards and templates.
Follows change request for enhancements.
3. Project Management:
Adheres to project or documentation standards defined by project management
Establishes responsible deadlines and personal work plans and manages delivery timeline effectively
Proactively keep the team aware of progress of assigned projects and tasks.
4. Other support required by business.
任职要求
Job Requirements:
- Degree in business and computer science or equivalent training and work experience.
- 1+ years of experience in Project Management including requirement gathering and documenting etc.
- 3+ years of excellent business experience understanding of one area of HR / Insurance, Broking, Benefits Administration and/or Operations functionality
- 2+ years of experience in User acceptance testing activities, Integration testing and Test case development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to work independently with customers, coordination and communication in the project, regularly report to client management and internal management
- Good skill for presales to support sales function in solution preparation
- Excellent skills for creating project plans, lead team to implement, effectively control scope、quality、time、budget, ensure the satisfaction of the clients
- Strong problem solving, analytical thinking, and troubleshooting skills
- Hands-on mentality, able and willing to work in project as well
- Attention to detail & meticulous.
The following would be a plus:
• Experience and knowledge working with IT development team for client-facing on-line platform
• Experience with business intelligence, analytics and reporting tools will be beneficial
