Main Responsibilities 主要职责 Participate and support the SSLS local data platform project, included vendor selection, dataplatform setup and implementation etc.参与并支持 SSLS 本地数据平台项目，包括供应商选择、数据平台设置和实施等 Be responsible as data administration for data platform. 负责数据平台的数据管理。 Develop and implement data collection from multiple systems, data analytics and otherstrategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.制定并实施从多个系统收集数据、数据分析和其他战略，以优化统计效率和质量。 Identify, analyze and interpret trends or pattems in complex data sets. 识别、分析和解释复杂数据集中的趋势或模式。 Work with management to prioritize business and information needs. 与管理层合作，确定业务和信息需求的优先次序。 Locate and define new process improvement opportunities. 寻找并确定新的流程改进机会。 Lead the cross report and data driven project based on business demand. 根据业务需求，领导交叉报告和数据驱动项目。 Perform other tasks/responsibilities assigned by the line manager执行直线经理分配的其他任务/职责。

Bachelor's Degree or above, major in Mahematics, Economics, Computer Science, InformationManagement or Statistic related preferred. 本科或以上学历，数学、经济学、计算机科学、信息管理或统计学相关专业优先考虑。 3-5 years working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst. 3-5年数据分析师或业务数据分析师工作经验。 Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining andsegmentation techniques.有关数据模型、数据库设计开发、数据挖掘和细分技术的专业技术知识。 Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases(SQL etc),programming (XML,Javascript, or ETL frameworks).在报告软件包(Business Objects 等)、数据库(SQL 等)、编程(XML、Javascript 或 ETL 框架)方面拥有丰富的知识和经验。 Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (ExcelSPSS, SAS etc). 具有统计学知识和使用统计软件包分析数据集的经验(Excel、SPSS、SAS等)。 Strong analytical skils with the abilitly to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significantamounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.分析能力强，能够收集、组织、分析和传播大量信息，注重细节和准确性。 Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings. 善于查询、撰写报告和介绍调查结果。 It's a big plus if have experience in data platform setup有数据平台设置经验者优先考虑。 Fluent in English and Mandarin. 中英文流利。
