"Collaborate with the Purchasing Team/ Business Stakeholders to develop and deploy strategy for indirect relevant category to meet business requirement and achieve annualized spending optimization target Create Category Management Initiatives in Supplier management and Requirement standardizations to realize cost reduction via various approaches. Comply with Procurement Policies to complete supplier selection through DD/ on-site accreditation Lead RFP, supplier negotiations and contracts to meet the cost saving target Execute high-quality sourcing for new projects within specified timelines, including commercial negotiations and quality/technical follow-ups Proficient in cost analysis to drive single negotiation to make buying cost competitive Submit procurement decisions for approval according to policies and execute procurement contract finalization Guide and sustain procurement excellence across internal and external partners by digital / technology applications in order to reduce requirement and service complexity. Understand indirect goods and services costs drivers, communication risks/opportunities to the business Assist other category/ projects if necessary"
