Education: Engineering Bachelor or Master Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or similar. Professional Experience: Over 3 years of working experience at least in automotive industry, preferable working experience in OEM level 1-2 years’ work experience in technical project steering, project speaker, function-orientated development or product management Broad knowledge and well-founded technical understanding in relevant topics in theory and practice. Work experience in international vehicle development project or technical team is a plus. Work experience in VW group is a plus. Skills Vehicle professional knowledge Project management knowledge (time management / planning / monitoring) Deep understanding of automotive development processes and procedures Good presentation and communication skills Good skill for information sorting and analysis, good team player Language: Good technical and business language skills in English (written and spoken) German is a plus.
