Role Overview
We’re seeking a creative and execution-driven Content Marketing Lead to take ownership of our platform’s major external campaigns. This role will lead the planning and execution of external promotional campaigns (e.g. 11.11, Black Friday, seasonal events) and trend-driven activations, driving brand awareness and business growth through storytelling, creative execution, and integrated marketing thinking.You’ll work cross-functionally with local and global teams to build campaign strategies, develop creative concepts, and ensure seamless execution across touchpoints — both onsite and offsite.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead planning and execution of high-impact external campaigns, including global shopping festivals, local retail moments, and pop-culture tie-ins
• Own the end-to-end delivery of campaign content across paid, owned, and earned media (e.g., social, digital ads, influencers, CRM, website, ATL/BTL where relevant)
• Conceptualise creative campaign ideas based on seasonal trends, cultural moments, and consumer insights
• Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. product, operations, design, legal) and external partners (e.g. influencers, media agencies, brand collaborators) to drive campaign success
• Track real-time trends, social buzz, and topical events to build agile “hot topic” campaign responses (e.g. memes, viral trends, reactive moments)
• Manage external creative production (videos, landing pages, campaign assets) and agency deliverables

Qualifications & Requirements
• 5+ years experience in integrated marketing, content strategy, or campaign management, preferably in e-commerce or digital-first brands
• Strong portfolio of end-to-end campaign execution, including external seasonal promotions and creative concepting
• Deep understanding of UK and European consumer behaviours, social/digital content trends, and retail seasonalities
• Exceptional project management skills – able to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and assets
• A mix of creative mindset + commercial thinking – you can shape a great idea and make it deliver results
• Strong writing and briefing skills; comfortable guiding creative teams and copywriters
• English fluency required; Mandarin or another European language is a plus
