• Maintain customer databases, ensuring data integrity and segmentation for targeted campaigns.
• Work closely with sales to align on campaign follow-ups and report on performance to inform future strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define success metrics and translate objectives into KPIs.
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure timely completion and desired outcomes.
