JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Financial System Construction According to the company's development strategy and planning, establish, implement and constantly improve the financial management system, internal control system, establish, improve and effectively supervise the implementation of the company's financial work SOP process and various financial management systems. 2. Financial Work Management 1) Efficiently and accurately make the company's capital plan, financial budget, accounting and cost management, supervise the implementation of the budget in all aspects of the company's operation, regularly submit financial analysis and calculation reports to the general manager, report the company's financial situation analysis, and provide rationalization suggestions for the company's operation. 2) Supervise and inspect the authenticity and effectiveness of the company's financial and related business activities, and timely detect and stop violations of the company's financial system. 3) Improve and optimize ERP system construction. 3. Fund Management 1) Organize the preparation of corporate financial budget plan, the implementation of financial budget and the management of funds and assets, as well as the monitoring of financial risks to ensure the safety of company assets and funds. 2) Responsible for tax planning and tax planning of various projects, formulate tax plan design, tax-related process design and tax risk detection. 3) Participate in the risk assessment, guidance, tracking and financial risk control of major investment projects and business activities. 4) Responsible for the research and planning of the company's capital market operation, assist the general manager and senior executives to understand the relevant policies, laws and regulations of capital operation, conduct the company's capital market financing and research, and submit relevant research reports for the reference of the decision-making level. 4. Management of Financial Department 1) Manage the daily work, assessment and supervision of the financial department staff. 2) Sort out the department structure and organization, mentor financial personnel, improve work efficiency and enhance team spirit. 3) Responsible for maintaining relations with banks, industry and commerce, taxation and other governments and related financial institutions, safeguarding the interests of the company and maintaining good cooperative relations.

JOB REQUIREMENT: 1) 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, accounting or related (required).Possess a CPA qualification certificate. 2) More than 10 years of financial management experience, more than 5 years of foreign trade industry, at least 3 years of factory financial experience, familiar with manufacturing cost accounting (textile industry preferred). 3) Trading more than 1 billion funds is preferred. 4) Able to use financial instruments to hedge the risk of exchange rate fluctuations. 5) Familiar with ERP construction from 0-1. 6) Befamiliar with tax planning. 7) Fluent in English communication and professional writing.
