任职要求
Brief description of the position: Responsible for introducing the standards, tools and methodologies of VW Group to VW Anhui, in particular to all indirect areas in CPO Division. Define the methods and concepts, clarify the cross-departmental job-split, identify potentials and track implementation of countermeasures to improve the indirect area efficiency Key tasks: Introduce the methods, standards and tools of Group Production System for process optimization and indirect area efficiency. Define the method and concept of process mapping workshop to define the job split for the cross-department projects and business organizations. Conduct benchmark for VW Anhui, within and beyond VW Group for indirect area efficiency improvement. Introduce the best practices of lean process as input and reference to establish a lean and efficient structure in a new factory of VW Anhui. Define and implement a long-term plan of indirect area efficiency improvement. Continuously analyze the current process and structure status, define the potentials with cooperation with related departments, in particular in cross-departmental cooperation network, to improve overall efficiency in VW Anhui. Constantly develop the methods and tools according the new standards to improve indirect area efficiency in customer satisfaction direction, roll out in VW Anhui. Qualification and skills: Bachelor's degree or above, major in business management, administration management, economics, vehicle engineering, English, German. More than 3 years’ working experience in automobile industry. Expert knowledge in the field of Industrial Engineering or Production Systems and knowledge about company, core business and processes Competence to deal with challenging situations and to lead goal-oriented tasks. Customer-oriented, helicopter view on a company level for overall efficiency increase. Good language skills in Chinese and English. German is a plus Basic business-related computer skills, e.g. Microsoft Office(outlook, powerpoint, excel, word, visio, etc.) Communication and presentation skills, cross-cultural background is a plus Problem solving and analytical skills.
