Rseponsibility: 1. Building up an EEBD team related to the specific tasks of VW Anhui as well as a company supported education of experts. 2. On schedule implementation of project and department tasks including jobsplit definition and coordination with all development partners 3. EOn schedule release of milestone tasks such as Planungs, Beschaffungs-, Baumustergenehmigung and Konstruktionsfreigabe 4. Managing the verification of EEB functions and hardware 5. Delevopment of an organisational structure for EEBD department Promotes continuous training with the aim of building an innovative and self-motivated development team to develop competitive components and functions 6. Steers and controls EEBD external and internal development processes, for transparency and traceability of the necessary processes with all Volkswagen Group departments involved 7. Responsibility for EEBD related budget Managing, controlling and steering external consultant services by development service providers, to ensure that the commissioned external working packages are implemented on time and on budget 8. Definition of EEBD yearly task and target Drives innovation and continuous improvement, both in the development process and for test automation Monitors progress and the degree of achievement of targets 9.Selection and definition of development partner

Qualification： 1. 5+ years of relevant work experience in a comparable position desired 2. Any work experience in Volkswagen will be a plus 3. Familiar automotive bus systems and bus communication technology mandatory 4. Any work experience in Volkswagen will be a plus 5. Knowledge of automotive bus communication hardware and software required. Vector hardware product line and software line CANoe is preferred 8. Strong troubleshooting and system analytics capabilities desired 10.Excellent intercultural communication and coordination skills desired 11.Business language skills in English (written and oral) mandatory • German will be a plus
