主要能力素质： 熟悉电路安规设计及EMC设计方法，并对电路可靠性设计有深入理解； Familiar with safety design and EMC design of power electronics, has deep understanding of reliability design principle and practice 熟悉开关电源各类电路拓扑的原理及设计方法； Familiar with switching power supply design and principle 熟练使用Altium Designer（Protel），Pspice等主流电路设计软件 Familiar with Altium Designer（Protel），Pspice , etc 具备良好的沟通能力； Good communication ability. 具有较强的工作责任心和事业心。 Strong sense of responsibility and enterprise.
