1. Launch new programs (timing, cost, quality, productivity), drive and administrate the new programs within the functional teams, meet customer milestones on time, keep tooling budget and objectives on track and under control.
2. Be the main contact point for customers, prepare and follow up the launching curve and timing of the new programs as well as the M-1 programs.
3. Develop integrated project plan and budget for compliance of internal and external objectives.
4. Align program objectives and resources to company long term profitability target .
5. Prepare/report in weekly New Programs Meeting
6.Bachelor and Above ,Automotive industry experiences with 5+ years.
