岗位职责
1. Compliance System Establishment and Management (Compliance & Management) 1.1 Document Preparation: Responsible for preparing and continuously updating the factory-specific "Environmental and Social Management Plan" (CESMP) and its sub-plans (waste, water treatment, dust, noise, labor management, etc.), and ensuring approval from ACWA Power and third-party consulting agencies. 1.2 Standard Implementation: Ensure that all production activities at the factory strictly comply with Uzbekistan laws, ACWA Power's E&S requirements, and international standards (such as IFC Performance Standards and the Equator Principles). 2. On-site Environmental Monitoring (Environmental Monitoring) 2.1 Pollution Prevention: Focus on monitoring dust emissions from the concrete mixing station, alkaline wastewater sedimentation treatment and recycling during the tower production process, and strictly prohibit illegal discharges. 2.2 Waste Management: Establish a classification storage and disposal ledger for factory waste, responsible for liaising with local legal waste recycling suppliers to ensure compliance in the handling of industrial solid waste and hazardous waste (such as waste oil and paint cans). 2.3 Ecological Protection: Monitor activities within the factory's red line to ensure that the original biodiversity protection measures of the wind farm (such as avoiding tortoises and protected vegetation) are not compromised. 3. Labor Rights and Social Responsibility (Social & Labor Relations) 3.1 Employment Review: Supervise labor contracts, working hour records, and wage payments of the factory and its subcontractors to ensure there is no forced labor, child labor, or discrimination, in compliance with ACWA's labor standards. 3.2 Complaint Management: Establish and operate a grievance mechanism (GRM) for internal employees and the external community, responsible for recording, processing, and promptly closing all complaints. 3.3 Community Coordination: Assist in managing relationships with herders and communities surrounding the project, explaining factory production activities to reduce social risks. 4. Communication, Coordination, and Audit (Coordination & Audit) 4.1 External Liaison: Serve as the sole point of contact for the factory, directly liaising with ACWA Power's ES manager, bank representatives, and third-party audit experts (Lenders' Engineer). 4.2 Report Writing: Responsible for collecting data and writing high-standard English/Russian ES weekly and monthly reports, and organizing all supporting documents (Training records, Waste manifests, Water logs). 4.3 Audit Response: Responsible for preparing and cooperating on-site for various surprise inspections and formal audits, formulating corrective action plans for identified non-conformities and supervising their implementation.
任职要求
1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in environmental engineering, safety management, or social sciences. 2. Work Experience: At least 3-5 years of E&S/HSE management experience in large industrial or infrastructure projects. Preference will be given to candidates with backgrounds in wind power, power projects, or concrete plants. 3. Job Requirements: a. Familiar with Uzbekistan's environmental and labor laws; must be familiar with IFC Performance Standards or EBRD/ADB safety assurance policies. b. Proficient in both Russian and English as working languages (especially in English report writing and oral communication skills). c. Strong document organization skills, able to handle rigorous international audits; good communication skills to balance production schedules with compliance requirements.

薪资福利:
固定合同,一年一签约,单休,早上8点到5点半。每周不超过48小时。不提供住宿,自己带电脑,解决吃饭住宿,通讯补贴和住房补贴等。有加班,会提加班申请,给加班费。
