The senior sourcer has responsibility for end-to-end recruitment to meet client (internal and/or external) requirements. Work with client hiring managers and human resources, as well as Accenture shared services professionals, to fill approved open positions in alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting in depth research and sourcing potential candidates using job boards, Cv databases, LinkedIn, and other online resources;
Utilizing advanced search techniques, such as Boolean searches, to find relevant candidates quickly and efficiently;
Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for various job positions;
Engaging with candidates through email, phone, and social media to establish rapport and present the job opportunities;
Performing prequalification calls with candidates;
Keeping the Applicant Tracking System up to date with candidate profile and status up to date;
Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop sourcing strategies that align with the company s goals;
Providing regular updates on sourcing progress and collaborating with team members to continuously improve the sourcing process.
Be updated with recruitment best practices, channel management activities, potential use of new sourcing channels and techniques\
Work with other recruiters, operations management, or client’s workforce planning teams to understand short- and long-term talent objectives and hiring forecasts for area of responsibility
Skills that make your work successful:
At least 1 year proven experience as a Sourcer or recruiter;
Experience working with applicant tracking systems Workday and other recruiting software;
Fluency in English and Cantonese;
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast paced environment;
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools;
Good communication skills;
Proactivity with positive attitude and approach.
