Job Description: Technical Skills & Experience • Strong experience in at least two Oracle Fusion Finance Cloud modules, such as: o General Ledger / Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable / Fixed Assets (Primary) o Cash Management, Cost Accounting (Secondary) • Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting process flows, including: o Record-to-Report (R2R) o Procure-to-Pay (P2P) o Order-to-Cash (O2C) • Good knowledge of period close, accounting setups, and financial controls in Oracle Fusion. • Basic knowledge of integrations, including: o Upstream/downstream integrations with SCM, Projects, or third-party systems o Awareness of OIC/FBDI concepts (functional perspective) • Experience working in Production Support / AMS environments. • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Incident, Problem, and Change Management. • Ability to perform root cause analysis and provide functional solutions or workarounds. ________________________________________ Professional Skills • Good communication and client-handling skills, with the ability to interact with business finance users. • Ability to work independently and take ownership of Finance implementation/support deliverables. • Willingness to travel to customer office / plant and ensure on-site presence as required. • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management capability across business, IT, and third-party vendors. • Ability to support critical business issues (Month-end close, payments, postings, statutory activities) and provide immediate functional fixes or stabilization. • Flexible to work during critical finance cycles (month-end, quarter-end, year-end close). ________________________________________ Nice-to-Have • Experience working in Manufacturing or Distribution industry Finance processes. • Exposure to Audit support, compliance, and statutory reporting. • Knowledge of Fusion Financial reporting (OTBI / BI Publisher – functional exposure). • Prior experience in Oracle EBS to Fusion migration or post-go-live stabilization.
